Welcome back to Pittsburgh Lord Stanley!
WOW! Is Pittsburgh lucky this year or what??? The Super Bowl Champs, The Stanley Cup Champs all in the same year. We are definitely spoiled!!
I took this picture from the Pittsburgh Penguins' Web site:

Bert and Trisha came over to watch the game!! Jocelyn absolutely LOVED having them here. It was definitely the highlight of her day! These pictures were taken before the game began.
Jocelyn went to bed after the second period, but we celebrated with her this morning!

Happy Anniversary!
Today we celebrate 11 years together!
This was one of the first pictures I have from the beginning of our relationship. It was taken at Missy and Justin's wedding: January 9, 1999. We had been together 7 months at the time of the photo. Little did we know that we would be welcoming our daughter into the world almost 9 years later!

Demolition
This weekend was Demo weekend.
We (oops, did I say we--I meant to say Todd) tore down our ugly, falling-apart shed. Todd said it was fun. Yeah right. He was covered in sweat, sunscreen, sawdust, spiders, and ants by the time he was finished.
Little demo=Big demo on our property. Nothing is ever a little job around here.
Poor Todd. He never gets a rest. At least Father's Day is only one weekend away...

Next weekend is community clean-up. We (oops, did I say 'we' again) will be hauling the big pile of shed away. Then we have to deal with the bare ground we have left over.

What's For Dinner?
This is an awesome recipe. It may not sound that good, but it's very good, and best of all is super simple...
Crock Pot Creamy Italian Chicken
SERVES: 4 -6
Ingredients:
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope dried Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 cup water
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
hot cooked rice or pasta
Directions
Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
Combine the Italian dressing mix and water until smooth; pour over top of chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
Combine the cream cheese and soup until smooth and blended.
Stir in mushroom pieces.
Pour soup mixture over chicken.
Cook 1 hour more or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve over hot cooked rice or pasta.
I don't use the mushrooms because Todd doesn't like them.
I usually serve over rice, but egg noodles are good too.

Lifesaver!
I LOVE this bib!

Jocelyn is WAY over the little cloth (or even the big cloth) bibs. I bought this bib for $5.00 at Walmart (and here's a link to where I found it online). It has the biggest pocket that I have seen on a bib and it is made of a "harder" type material, which keeps the pocket OPEN while Jocelyn is eating. ALL the food she drops goes into the pocket. Cleaning up after meals has gotten 100% easier. No more food all over Jocelyn, no more food smashed on Jocelyn's pants, no more food in the highchair seat, no more washing thousands of bibs each week (this one wipes off). This bib is the answer to my prayers.
I am in love. With a bib. What has my life come to?

Grampee's Birthday
This weekend was my Grampee's birthday. He turned 51 years young. Gramay threw him a birthday party, and we decided it would be fun to go. I was a really good girl on the trip to New York!

Aunt Kristen helped me ride in a motorized truck. It was SO fun!
Here's a picture of me walking with Grampee. He bought me cookies and goldfish crackers!
This is me and Gramay.
There was a swimming pool at the party! I got to go swimming with Daddy.
I didn't cry this year!
Don't let this picture fool you, Grampee just got in for a picture.
He didn't really swim!
