(Reagan, I hope you are not embarrassed one day that I have a blog post about this, but it's just too good to ignore!)
I have posted before about Reagan's obsession with all things boy, especially when it comes to her clothes. Well, that obsession doesn't end with the clothes you can see. We have been at Target in the past and Reagan always notices and wants the boy underwear. You know, the cool underwear. The underwear with Batman, Superman, and all the other superheros. She wants them. I have no problem with her wearing T-shirts with Spiderman, Superman, and other boy-like things. I have actually purchased some for her and they are her absolute favorite shirts, but I just cannot put my little girl in boy underwear. They are REALLY for boys and not made for little girls (if you know what I mean). So the answer is always, "Sorry Reagan, but those underwear are ONLY for boys." She is always disappointed, but she handles it okay.
Yesterday while we were shopping at Target I spotted these:
Anyone who was around me and Reagan when we noticed these underwear would have thought we won the lottery. Or found a $100 dollar bill lying on the ground. Reagan was SO excited and I was SO happy to have found girl underwear that "fit the bill" for cool underwear in Reagan's eyes. It doesn't seem like much--I mean it is only underwear--but these underwear had to be designed with Reagan in mind. I paid $9.99 for the package of 7 underwear. I probably would have paid $19.99...just because they are SO Reagan!
